There’s not much in life that I love more than a beach photography session with a lively, kind couple. This shoot at Salt Creek Beach in Dana Point, CA was just that. Brooke and Nick had flown in from Iowa to visit family and friends, and they wanted to get in a bright beach engagement session while they were in beautiful California. We had a great time posing, walking through the waves, and just enjoying the beautiful coast — you can’t see that in Iowa!
Brooke and Nick’s relationship is full of life. They motivate each other to be the best they can be, and have fun while doing it! According to Brooke, they go all-in on everything, which has fantastic implications for their partnership and marriage. Their happiness was easy to capture — it was overflowing!
After getting engaged on Christmas Eve of 2020, they set their wedding date for July of 2022. They’re already homeowners together, and their family is completed by an adorable dog as well! I wish them all the best, and I’m so thankful I had the chance to capture a piece of their story.
