Wedding photography has rapidly become one of my favorites, and this sweet wedding was no exception. I actually graduated from high school with the bride, Joyce, so this connection brought everything full-circle! The venue, El Camino Country Club was also the perfect choice. The wedding day was bright, light, and airy, helping to create the ideal setting for their ceremony and reception.
Joyce and Jonah met at college through their church and knew that they would spend their life together. Joyce is in optometry school, so she clearly could “see” that Jonah would make a great life partner. (Get it? Optometry puns!)
Joyce and Jonah are the sweetest couple. You can tell they are truly best friends. Their wedding day felt like the most special beginning, and their earnest love was clear throughout the day.
This beautiful bridal party was filled with kindhearted women who were eager to celebrate Joyce, and it was a joy to capture their affection for her.
All of the groomsmen made sure that Jonah had a fun day by setting up some hilarious group photos!
This golf course venue served as such a beautiful, serene backdrop for their photos! It was such a pleasure to capture their relationship and family on camera.
It was an honor to have the chance to capture my friend Joyce’s wedding day, and I can’t wait to follow along on their journey of married life.
