I’m a huge fan of beach photography sessions, and this session celebrating Riley and Carlos at Palos Verdes was just so, so sweet. Their story is so lovely, and I’m excited to share some of it with you all! Riley and Carlos have been together for about six and half years, but they were friends for almost a year and a half before getting together. Love stories that start with friendship are some of my absolute favorites!
When Carlos proposed to Riley, they were at a place that means a lot to Carlos: Salt Creek Beach. He told Riley that Salt Creek has always meant a lot to him, but she is his home now. *wipes tear* I’m so excited that I had the chance to capture their love and friendship at another very special beach!
Palos Verdes was the perfect place to do this shoot, because it matches the romantic, classic feel of Riley and Carlos’ relationship! It was my first time shooting at this location, and I think I’ll definitely be back!
Carlos is finishing medical school right now and searching for residencies, so the world is quite literally their oyster right now! Riley and Carlos, good luck in whatever adventures life brings you, and I can’t wait for the wedding!
